The following is Douglas Golf Club’s cancellation policy applying to all booked golf classics, golf society outings, visiting golf groups and individual green fees.

Golf Classics:
If the booked event is cancelled more than 30 days before the event date, the original deposit is forfeited and no further cancellation fee applies. If the booked event is cancelled 15-30 days before the event date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fee applies.
If the event is cancelled within 14 days of the event date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee applies.

Golf Societies and Groups:
If the event is cancelled more than 60 days before the event date, the deposit is forfeited and no further cancellation fee is payable.
If the event is cancelled more than 30 but less than 60 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 20% of the full fee is payable.
If the event is cancelled more than 10 but less than 30 days before the event date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the full fee is payable.
If the event is cancelled within 10 days of the event date, 50% of the full fee is payable.

Individual & Small Group Green Fees (up to 4 people)
Currently no deposit fee but a 50% booking fee applies for customers who do not cancel 48 hours before their tee time. If customers cannot honour their booked time/event they are requested to telephone the Pro Shop at 021 4367208 as early as possible to advise of the cancellation and make the time(s) available to others.
